Complaint Review: Software USA

I purchased over the phone software from Software USA. I was told if I did not want any additional packages to send them back. I sent back with the words "return to sender" on the box.

I was still charged for the software I do not have because I did not take the time to call them up and ask what my "secret " code to return items was!!

I was charged 39.95 per cd! Don't ever go there, Don't ever order from Software U.S.A.
