Complaint Review: Smj checks cashed

 I always go to this location to send money, all my information is in the system and I never had a problem until today I got there on 7/17/2017 at 6:30 pm and a younger lady with a really bad attitude started helping me, she asked me if I was in their system I said yes I was there less than a month ago sending money after going back and forth with her she was able to finally pull out my information, than she started asking me who I sending the money too and why, what I do for living, where do I work and so many questions I felt like I was being investigated by a federal government, than without any explanation for the next 20 minutes she was on the phone and all I kept hearing loud and clear was the F word she said it at least 12 times, than when she finally got off the phone she came back and started asking more questions, after 35 minutes she wasn't able to do the transfer because she obviously didn't know what she was doing
