Complaint Review: Smiles and Joys

Smiles and Joys Support Refusal to ensure timely delivery of purchased product and refusal to issue subsequent refund! Portland Oregon

On January 29, 2021, I puchased product from the Smiles and Joys website at Smiles and Joys.com. I was informed that there may be a 2-3 week delay on delivery due to covid19 and possibly longer for international deliveries. This was agreeable. In early February, I receieved a tracking number that was very obscure and provided little to no information as to the stautus of my delivery. After a week of attempting to locate the delivery with no success, I contacted Smiles and Joys via email to express dissatisfaction with customer care after the sale. They assured me that the product had been shipped. A volley of emails persisted the next 3 months. Smiles and Joy's support team response was consistantly "...the product has been shipped, just give it more time, sorry for the inconvienence". Subsequently, in a May 20, 2021 email, I rquested that Smiles and Joys refund the $132.00 to my credit card as soon as possible. Their response was that, as of April 5, 2021, the order was deliverd to destination country. As of May 22, 2021, I have not received a rely from Smiles and Joys, I haven't received a refund, and I definitely haven't received the order I puchased 4 months ago!
