We had ordered the new Smartware cookware back in October. It was for a bright "red" 19 piece set. It arrived in November and was a nasty brown-orange color. Much different than their website showed! I tried to call and simply return it for a gray color. I must have spoken to about 20 people (from another country) and no one can help me. They insist that I have to pay for shipping the item back first. Then they promised they would send me a postage paid slip to mail the item back. It never came. Then I was promised an email three times with the postage paid stamp. It never arrived either.

After speaking with their corporate office. They insist that this is not their fault and that I am stuck with it. Since then their computers claim to be down and their 800 number rarely works. I am convinced that I have a new set of ugly orange cookware and have been ripped off $100!
