Complaint Review: Smartpay Lease

Smartpay Lease Refunded half of my return and would not cancel my lease so they could stop charging me for a device I no longer had in my possession. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I purchased a phone and plan using the Smartpay Lease option on Straighttalk.com.  They automatically charged my account $135.99.  I returned the phone back to them and they only refunded me for $49.35 and still owe me $86.64 which I can't seem to get back and they won't cancel my account so that I will no longer get charged.  I have called multiple times and keep getting promised that they are escalating my issue but I never receive emails regarding the escalation and nothing ever happens.  I just want my money back and the lease closed. I have proof of the return and the proof that it was delivered to their facility.  I also have proof from Straight Talk that the phone was returned.
