I ordered a smart card reader and cards on Oct. 4 1999. I have all the e-mail from cybershade with prommies that I would get my order. He always had a excuse why he could not send but reasured me that I would get my order. He will not answer my e-mail about order and I have asked for a refund but he will not repley.
