Complaint Review: Slip and fall

I bought my home from a black guy name Carl Lee in Muncie Indiana. He left unfinished work done and avoid my calls to finish the work. I started encountering for the past two year extreme stalking and harassment from group of white men I didn't know. Trespass on my property. Calling me the N word. The unit nextdoor to me 807 S Shipley Street, Muncie Indiana. Own by Complete Property Care. Had people working on it. But the workers would come over to my property and walk around it. Appraise my property.

I reported this to the Attorney General office. I found extreme things like a nightmare out of a movie. My home being eavesdrop, car bug and I strongly believe illegal video on my property.
