Sling TV Didn't deliver service I paid for Escondido California

9-1-2018 I called Sling TV to find out why the extra package I paid for was dropped. Come to find out, with the basic package for $24.99 I was supposed to get 40 channels, the whole 1 1 1/2 years I had Sling TV I only got 12 to 15 channels. And I was paying $24.99 a month for basic and the $5.00 extra package. So, I paid at total of $524.00 for 18 months of Sling TV for only 12 to 15 channels! Sling TV Representative told me there was a problem with my phone. I told him I broke 2 phone in this time period and each time I downloaded Sling and still had the same amount of channels! Then he said it was the Air waves that caused the problem and that it wasn't their fault. Do you think I'm stupid? I said. I told the Manager of Sling TV I wanted my money back for a service they didn't deliver. Oh no, we can't do that! Today I cancelled my account with them!
