Complaint Review: Sleepys

Sleepys sending me round in circles with this warranty issues upper darby Pennsylvania

Since October 2014, Sleepy has been giving me the run around. Our mattress was sinking in the middle and I have a 10 years warranty on it. I called sleepy and they said they needed pictures of the mattress. So they sent a camera kit with a Polaroid camera, a weight string bag and a ruler. I sent the the camera back. After they received the pictures, they declined my request for a mattress exchange because the "bed frame" doesn't match the mattress. I politely asked for the e-mail address of the CEO of sleepy, Dave Acers. Instead I got the e-mail address for his secretary. I have emailed her and still haven't gotten a reply. I called again to ask for his office number and still have been getting the run around. What's the good of having warranty if you can't use it.
