Complaint Review: Sleepy's

Sleepy's 10022 selling used mattresses with legal tags cut off. Ignoring legal fines and sanctions /sleepy's at 969 3rd ave. New York ignored obvious signs I was sold a used mattress and manager seems to take pleasure in it. New York New York

Sleepy's sold me a used mattress and then refused to refund my money. The tag which is legally not to be removed had been cut. They have already been indictated by the Department of Consumer Affairs of the City of New York 200,000 dollars for doing things like this. and 750,000 dollars by New Jersey. Plus were indicted in another instance that involved 25 bed bugs.The are rated the worst out of all mattress sellers and are horrible.

The mattress is filthy, all bent out of shape and obviously used with what I estimate to be approx. the equivalent of ten years of Sleepy's sold me a used mattress and then refused to refund my money. The tag which is legally not to be removed had been cut. They have already been indictated by the Department of Consumer Affairs of the City of New York 200,000 dollars for doing things like this. and 750,000 dollars by New Jersey. Plus were indicted in another instance that involved 25 bed bugs.The are rated the worst out of all mattress sellers and are horrible.

When I compllained to the manager she referred to my being upset as abuse! Abuse? You sell a mattress causing back and shoulder pain and my complaints are abuse and you do nothing to reolve it And beware of taking another mattress in exchange they are online for sending more used mattresses up to three times and chargeing delivery fees.

My worst consumer experience of my life.
