During the purchase of the Sleep Number bed, it wasn't explained to me by the salesman that the adjustable bases for the Sleep Number Beds are not returnable. I didn't find out that the base is not returnable until I called to return my Sleep Number bed. From the reviews on social media, it sounds like Sleep Number may train their employees not to mention this fact while discussing the purchase of their products because there are so many complaints about this subject.
