Email to Skywire : I ordered 2 Skywire Antennas and Boosters 4/20/18.I have still not received my package. It was shipped on 4/25/18 according to prior email. Still trying to track it on 5/6/18. I tried to cancel my order on 4/21/18. Skywire said that it had been shipped out and that cancelation was no longer an option. If I have a email stating that it wasn't shipped out until 4/25/18 that means that I was lied too. So if your return policy had been posted on your website prior to purchase I would never have bought from your company!! Without a refund your product is useless to me! Buyer beware! I"ll be posting this info on social media. To warn others. I think that this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT INFO TO PASS FORWARD. Including the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Any real legit company does offer a refund of the purchase price. Therefore I think that your company is a total SCAM. Lois C. There is also variance in what is being broadcast by local networks in any given area which is why we cannot guarantee specific channel reception.  This company is fraudulent ,do not respect what they say online. just take consumer's money and you can not call them. Thank you in advance.
