Skechers Skechers Failed to honor their Warranty Rancho Belago California

These are the Facts as I know them to be true. I purchased a Pair of Skechers 50125 Sneakers online. When I received them I kept them aside with other sneakers and shoes that I used for dress and not daily wear. The Sneakers, (that I had returned), actually showed little or no tread wear when I noticed that the Grey Outer Tread inserts were pulling away at the edges.

The adhesive failed that held the Right Shoe Toe Guard as it also started pulling away. My wife indicated that Skechers had a warranty. Our family has always purchased Skechers and were Loyal to the brand. I looked up the warranty on the Skechers Website and found that they were within their warranty period. I mailed the Sneakers to the Rancho Belago address provided for return on their Website.

I waited for a reply within in the time period that they indicated I would be contacted. I had to call them as I never received any response from Skechers. After several attempts to locate my return by the representative, they finally found my return. Rather than admitting to a defective Right Sneaker, the claimed that my occasionally worn Sneakers had “Excessive Wear”.

The representative stated that the “Highly Trained” “Quality Assurance Team” had made the determination. I would like to let others know of the experience that I had with my Skechers Product! They have just lost my Entire Family as Customers!
