 I signed up for a time share in which i would split with my sister (dues/fees). Before signng the contract, we specifically asked if we could SPLIT the amount due each month. Resort customer service/rep said YES, sign up online and it can be done. Split payments made since April until now, July, have been applied to everything BUT our monthly payment. Was told by a Manager named Sandra that it was MY fault the account is messed up because i split my full payment in half. Their reps were real quick to take the money but not inform me i had to be specific on where to apply the funds. I have bank statements with proof i only owe $127.32 and this resort is trying to collect $435 in past due funds. One rep hung up on me because i told her i was tired of repeating myself. I can't log onto my account online because my account is delinquent. I asked customer information for help logging in and they refuse since my account is delinquent. Nobody at the 800# are helpful because they show I owe $435 when I can clearly prove i only owe $127.32. These people are disrespectful, RUDE, uncooperative and only out for money money money. Nobody will speak to me until i pay the balance due of $435. Buyers beware this time share/deed I purchased was based on the smoke screen and mirrors. NOT worth my time and headache I've had since purchasing. This is the worst company out there. DO NOT do it. It's not worth it.
