Signature Flooring + Design, Megan Miller (Owner) dishonest owner doesn't care for customers provides no refund and charges credit card without approval Palatine Illinois .....

I've had an extremely negative experience with carpet retailer Signature Flooring+Design in Palatine, IL and Round Lake Beach, IL. Basically, the retailer failed to order enough carpet for my home. This problem was not discovered until the project was nearly complete.

The retailer, Megan Miller (owner), failed to provide reasonable options to resolve the situation. She also charged the FULL contract amount to my VISA two weeks before the scheduled installation date; without my knowledge or permission. She immediately became uncooperative, almost hostile, when I insisted that the unauthorized charges be credited until the carpet was installed.

Since then, she picked up her carpet and padding. She has not installed any new carpet, and has FAILED to refund any money.

This retailer lacks a good business ethic, refuses to backup promises in writing, and relies on her attorneys to intimidate customers.

I cannot and would not recommend Signature Flooring+Design in Palatine, IL and Round Lake Beach, IL based on the experience I have had. Please do your research before considering stepping into one of Tim & Megan Miller's stores.
