Signals Catalog Online I was charged $14.95 for vip privileges that would occur monthly. I did not approve of this. Signal Hill California
Without my approval I was signed up for vip privileges. It was a monthly charge of 14.95. If I hadn't noticed it on my credit card listings I would have continued to have that monthly charge until I noticed it. I called the phone number on the VISA monthly statement. My membership in their vip club was closed and a refund was issued. This is the email I received:
