Shynefoxstore.reamaze.com Took my money without sending item

On December 6th, I ordered a Snoopy Christmas Sweatshirt though my Facebook app with shynefoxstore.reamaze.com.  They immediately took the money out of my account.  I did not receive the item.  On December 28, I sent an email requesting information on my order #2477 - I got an email back from support=shynefoxstore.reamaze.com@reamaze.com on behalf of Support<support@shynefoxstore:

 Please be informed that your order has shipped on the 11th of December. As stated on our website, it takes 5-40 days for our items to deliver after shipment. Please take time to read our shipping policy:

 The delivery time is dependent on your location and you will receive an email once the product has been shipped. Please check within this time frame. Others that were shipped out with yours have started to receive theirs so I anticipate yours to be delivered soon.

 Note: Free shipping don't have a tracking info

Now it's long over 40 days - no product and no response to more emails sent.  I am filing complaints with the NYS Attorney Generals Office today!
