Complaint Review: Showcase Pontiac GMC Mazda

I spoke to one of the fleet reps "Vickie" who repeatedly told me my vehicle was available, and that she would work with me on my price range concerning that vehicle.

Just before traveling 30 minutes to their location, I called to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still there. I spoke to the manager who said "Yes it's here." I arrive and meet Vickie for the first time. She disappears for at least ten minutes then returns to say "Well, bad news, we don't have that anymore, but we have--" I didn't let her finish as I turned my back to her and drove right off the lot. I don't know about other dealerships, but this one you can be sure to NEVER trust.
