I will not purchase anything advertised on Facebook again. It advertised, with video, a counter top ice cream maker. First of all it took nearly 2 months to get here and secondly it is not at all what I ordered. It is a child size toy imitation of "The bullet" that is battery operated. No similarity to what I ordered at all. Shopify needs to clean up their vendors and disallow those, like this one, to continue to sell items to us. I lost $50 which may not seem like a lot, but it is to a senior like me who lives on Social Security.
I have tried to email them for a refund and a return slip but to no avail. Also, when the package arrived, the return address was illegible and torn in half. It appears this was done on purpose so that I could not return this incorrect item. On the legible portion of the return address label there is a street address in City of Industy, CA, which does not exist. I used Google Maps to locate it and it's an intersection in the middle of the road.
