Complaint Review: Shitou Tech co. Limited

I purchased a mini sand grinder from this company. It supposed to arrive within a month. So now it’s been 3 months and I finally recieced a item. It was not the mini sand grinder that I bought, it  was the strips that goes on the grinder.

Okay so I emailed them 5 times after a month and a half came. I never got a response at all. Now I finally had to start a case through PayPal. Now I have to wait another month before the investigation is complete.

After I started the case the company uploaded a tracking number but it was not the correct one. It’s been a mesirble experience dealing with this company.
