I ordered from this company and the first order was fine, no problems and the product arrived quickly. The second order however was different. I paid for the order but when asking for the tracking number I was informed that due to national holidays I should wait. So I obliged and waited for the holidays to finish. Gavin was then unreachable via email and I only managed to get hold of him on Skype thanks to a friend giving me his contact details. Gavin informed me that he could not send me what I ordered as now the minimum order amount had increased. Trying to tell him that I paid for my order before this change therefore it shouldn't matter was no use so I asked for a refund. Gavin said he had to ask his boss but he wasn't there and to wait till the following day. I waited and Gavin told me to wait again. Since then I cannot get a response from Gavin and no idea if or when this situation will be rectified. It would be a bad idea to purchase anything from this company. I will post here if anything changes in the near future.
