I wanted to buy a 2011 750 Li BMW the contract was voided by Wells Fargo bank now the dealer does not want to give my $2300 down I don't have car & deal is cancel I called the dealer they was not honest & call many times about my down payment . They will not give me owner name they will not let me speak with Shayna the finanice person and Tony the manager . I have 3 contracts that didn't work . They didn't want to talk with me . Please help me it's a lot more people need to known about this dealer ship it's so sad that people will try to take your hard money you work for . Ashley hawthorne uses others to do her dirty work so it wouldn't fall back on her. She got dane chambers fired from wells fargo even though he deserve it. Ashley and chasz hawthorne gets people in trouble and they are the ones who need to be fired. But the police district attorney ken davis and wells fargo absolutely refuses to do anything to her. But didn't mind doing anything to us.
They don't think my life is worth anything because i'm not a banker. The same problem I had with the district attorney and ken davis with a landord i was renting from in phenix city back in early 2003. I had paid my rent and his wife was a bank manager at a local bank and she was constantly calling me on a sunday night after I had paid my rent. And i saw on her friends list on facebook that she is friends with some who works at a district attorney office.
She sent him over to harass me rining the door bell constantly then having the nerve to shut the lights off. I called the police and showed them the cashed check that he signed showing that the rent had been paid off. And then they told him to leave and a few days later he took out a part to take away the cooling. He was a down right B****** AH so was his wife.
Ken davis wouldn't do anything to him even though i had showed him the cashed check with his singnature and he had no reason to be bothering me him or his nasty B**** of a wife.
Today she works at wells fargo where i can bet she knows ashley hawthorne. All the felon trash criminals seem to go apply to work at wells fargo. To where they want be prosecuted for their crimes for unlawfully harassing me after I had paid my rent for the month. The phenix city attorney office is nothing but sleezeballs.
