Shaun Jackrel/Premier Outdoor USA Outdoor Dream Company Did not deliver what was contracted Jacksonville, FL
Buyer beware!! I spent $35,000 on a summer kitchen over a year ago and it still is not installed and the appliances don't fit into the kitchen they deigned. Shaun (the owner) has stated he refuses to honor what I purchased and is trying to get me to accept less than what I paid for with no return of money. I have not received the final appliance I have paid for and the trash can showed up broken and the bearings falling out of it on day one as they delivered it. We were promised an awesome custom summer kitchen and instead we have an outdoor nightmare. My contract stated 3-5 weeks for delivery and it has now been 52 weeks and I still do not have something you would EVER accept for $35,000. Now Shaun is changing the company name to try and, all to obviously, avoid accountability to the customers he has ripped off. Funny thing is though, it's the same building, exact same products, exact same employees and Shaun is listed as the VP for both. The Attorney General of FL is now looking into him and his actions. There is also a class action lawsuit forming. What he has done to us he has done to many many others. And he has no problem ripping off Veterans!! Buyer beware!!
