Bought a phone on 160130 as a gift to parent. Discovered it was faulty upon opening package and did not turn on at all. Within the warranty period tried to get it repaired/replaced/refunded... Sharaf employees refused for good 1 month only after persisting and creating a rocus was replaced with another different phone with a new 12 month warranty as stated by employee. This phone only worked 5 months upon now trying to get it repaired as still within 12 month warranty... the invoice has been issued with details of another phone with different IMEI numbers and different description that has had the warranty expired over 1 year ago. Clearly STAY AWAY From this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! They are selling Faulty goods, 2nd hand goods and goods that will have a very short life span. I wish I had read reviews before my purchase but let it be a lesson learnt by others. SHARAF DG IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY SELLING FAULTY GOODS!!! BEWARE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW HARD EARNED MONEY
