WE HELD OUR SIXTEENTH REUNION OF THE U.S.S.SAN SABA APA 232 , VETERANS OF WWII AT THE QUALITY HOTEL OCT 20-24,1999

WE RECEIVED EXTREAMLY BAD SERVICE IN SEVERAL AREAS. WE SIGNED CONTRACTS FOR FOOD SERVICE, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FOR MEETINGS AS WELL AS OTHER SERVICES.

WE DID NOT RECEIVE EQUIPMENT, FOOD ON TIME AS WELL AS WAITERS AND OTHER SERVICES. i CAN SUPPLY YOU WITH A COPPY OF MY FOUR PAGE COMPLAINT WHICH IS TOO LONG TO PUT ON THIS PAGE.

i HAVE SENT COPIES OF THIS LETTER TO THE FOLLOWING: BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE ARIZONA HOTELS & MOTEL ASSOICATION, THE ARIZONA RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION, CHAMBER OF COMMERCE,THE ARIZONA REPUBLIC.

NOT ONE PERSON CALLED...THE HOTEL WILL NOT RETURN CALLS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A LETTER FROM THEM.
