Complaint Review: Service Merchandise - Dick Weiss

Service Merchandise Doesn't Care about Customers and is ABUSIVE!

My nasty experience was with the Service Merchandise, Superstition Springs store in Mesa, Arizona. I went to return a Christmas gift that was purchased there. Of course I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift but there was a Service Merchandise tag on it so I knew it belonged to that store (and they also carried the item).

THEY REFUSED TO RETURN IT (4 days after Christmas) and wouldn't even give store credit. The assistant manager, d**k (appropriately named) Weiss, told me I had to have a receipt. He was rude and almost scary.

This guy is like MR. LOW CLASS by the way. When I persisted, he told me TOUGH ****(expletive that rhymes with pit). Great customer service! When I complained to the store manager, Kevin Schroeder, he never even responded.

I then complained to his manager, Scott Parker. No response. I complained all the way to the top to the owner of Service Merchandise, Sam Cusano, who never responded. Can you believe it? DON'T EVER SHOP AT SERVICE MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!!!!!
