Service Escrow Inc. Commpartners LLC Contacted to rent out 2 weeks at the Grand Palladium Resorts in Riviera Maya. Indianapolis Indiana
First contacted by Asset Purchasing Group, LLC to rent out 2 weeks of my Palladium Travel Club weeks in Oct. 2019. I agreed and was assigned Service Escrow Inc. through Commpartners LLC for wire tranfers. I paid all Mexico fees, US taxes etc. Kept getting phone calls from Frank Weaver that I needed to wire more money for late fees etc.
Still no pay out from the escrow company and now requesting a cancellation fee to cancel the contract. The company has threatend to sue me.
