Company advertises they are BBB, A plus certified member, they are none of these.

We contracted with Serigio's in the fall of 2020; the work was to include: the removal of the old finishes and ceramic tile. The up grade of the return drain to meet existing code. THe new plaster finish was to me Diamond Brite, Marquis/Quartz hand troweled to dense finish. All work to be performed in a workman like manner. 

We performed the chemistry and maintenance for thirty days after the pool rework had been finished and as directed by Sergio's. Then the pool was covered for the winter. When we openned the pool in the spring we found the finish had large rectangular white patches inj several locations and what appeared to be a water drain mark running from the steps to the center of the pool.

After many calls and Emails Serigo's finally responded. They agreed to bring the plaster manufacture (PMM, Marquis Seris Plaster) techs out to evaluate the issue. We all meet in June of 2021 at the pool. The PMM rep informed us that the up graded drain was not to code and was dangerious. THey also said they would write a report and submit their findings to Daisy at Sergio's.

Neither Sergio's or PMM ever responded to this meeting. After several calls to PMM we were told that had no responsibility due to Sergio's failure to register the install within the required thirty day period. The Sergio warranty was for Five years, the Manufacture Warranty was for Ten years. Neither Company made good on their contractual obligations. 

Do not recommend using either conpany if your having pool renovation work done.
