I purchased my car through SNAAC and never had a problem until I got out of the Army. As a matter of fact, I was on the phone this morning with a manager named D. Lopez. He is a complete jerk. All he did was argue with me. I submitted 2 separate checks on SNAAC's website (since I don't have allotments anymore). One payment was for May and the other for June. I submitted them both at the same time and emailed the confirmation numbers to Mr. Lopez about 2 weeks ago, he called me this morning and said they never got payments. I looked at my bank account, and the June payment had been taken out of my account. I explained this to Mr. Lopez, who felt the need to argue it with me, so I sent him proof. He then stated that I made a mistake on my account number and left out a number, so they don't have the payment for May and I need to go withdraw money from my bank and Western Union it to him. I think that is silly...he knew I was one digit off and they managed to take my June payment...he couldn't call sooner? I mean June is paid, but not May...so now if I don't Western Union the money they are gonna repo my car??? Yeah...that's bad business. I received an honorable discharge 8 April and I have plenty of money in the bank. I'm tempted to just payoff my car so I don't have to deal with SNAAC.

Mr. Lopez...stop being a jerk, and SNAAC...stop ripping off veterans!
