I was just browsing through the site again and I noticed that another poor soul had been fleeced by this company--BY THE SAME GUY I was!!! DAVID HOLDREN offered me a settlement, too. I asked IN WRITING that SNAAC delete the charge-off and repossession upon payment, and he agreed.

About a year later, it's STILL on my credit report. I tried to fight it through the bureaus, but they claimed that SNAAC verified that it's still supposed to be there. I HAVE THE DOCUMENTS IN WRITING!!! So, I'm going to have them reinvestigate, and threaten to sue Holdren, SNAAC and THEM if they don't comply within 30 days.

SNAAC doesn't keep its promises to its customers, but insists that they honor theirs. You really have to be stupid not to know that written promises and contracts go both ways.

THEY KNOW WHO I AM- -AND THEY BETTER FIX IT!!!
