Issue: False Advertising by Secondipity through the emachinesredeem.com site.

I failed to receive a VALID Windows 8 Product Code with refurbished Acer Tablet W510-1620  I received through emachinesredeem.com as part of the court case settlement on 9/3/2013. When I attempted to Activate  Windows 8 so I could use the tablet, I received  an "invalid code" message and was asked to input a VALID product key code.  NO VALID PRODUCT KEY CODE was included with the tablet I received. The tablet was listed as refurbished to factory specifications and it was to have included ALL operating systems and programs.  I am frustrated!!! Without the Valid Windows 8 product code the Acer Tablet W510-160 is not refurbished to factory specifications since it does not have an working operating system. 
Secondipity has failed to resspond to my request for a VALID product key for Windows 8 so I may activate Windows 8 and use the tablet I purchased.
Beware! any  laptop, desktop, or tablet you order through the emachinesredeem.com as part of the settlement may not be useable due to failure to provide an operating system.
