Sears Roebuck & Co Ingleside Mall purchased vacume with warranty.had to bring it back twice because motor not working. Holyoke Massachusetts

We purchased a vacume cleaner with extended warranty from Sears 2 years ago. We took the vacume in because the motor quit.They never called us to let us know when it was ready(supposed to}SO we went to the store to check and it was ready But, they lost our two connecting rods and wont replace them. we took our vacume home and of course stared it up to see how it worked{its kind of hard vacuming without the hoses if you can picture that!

Well Lo and Behold the motor quit again!! we took our defunked vaume back. They said they MIGHT replace it??!! We want a replcement so we can get on with keeping our house clean! I never thought the day would come when SEARS would Rip anybody off! But here we are... I am submitting this report for my daughter and son inlaw. Thank you
