SEARS Refuses to Do Anything About Defective Product Hoffman Estates Illinois

I bought a crappy Craftsman lawn mower. I got it home, and it won't start. I contacted SEARS, but they won't do anything. I e-mailed 'bjohnson@searshc.com' but received no reply. I faxed SEARS corporate office but was ignored. Now, I just want to file as many consumer complaints online as I can so everyone knows not to buy a Craftsman product--or shop at SEARS at all.
