We have waited three weeks for Sears to repair our 2.5 year old refrigerator and now Sears tells us it will he another week! Sears warranty service is terribly slow. We have the master plan as well as the whole home warranty. After an hour on the phone with four different people at Sears, they refuse to give us a loaner, or a replacement. They have not offered to pay for spoiled food either, which they're supposed to do as part of the master plan.
