I CALLED ABOUT THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORKING, THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TODAY AND HE SAID THE MOTHER BOARD WAS NOT WORKING HE NEED IT TO REPLACE IT. NOW SEARS SAID THAT THEY DONT WANT TO PAID BECAUSE IT WAS RELATED TO LIGTHING STRUCK, THE DAY THAT THE DOOR DID NOT WORK ANYMORE WAS NOT RAIN OR LIGTHING, MY HUSBAND OPEN THE DOOR BUT LATER DID NOT WANT TO CLOSE.

I'M PAYING EVERY MONTH 69.99 FOR THE HOME WARRANTY PLUS I HAVE A $100.0 DEDUCTIBLE, AND THEY ARE MAKING UP STORIES ABOUT THE ISSUES WITH THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. I'M VERY UPSET WITH THE COMPANY AND I DON'T THINK THAT I'M GOING TO RENUE MY CONTRACT IN JANUARY 2019, BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER LIKE US. WE ARE HONEST PEOPLE AND DON'T LIKE LIES.
