I have a Master Service Agreement on all Sears appliances in my home.  My dryer heating element failed and needed to be replaced.  The first available appointment was in 10 days!  (I live in a large metropolitan area so this seems inexcusable).  The day of the appointment I waited 5.5 hours and after 4 calls (two dropped) was told that the technician canceled the rest of his day's appointments.  The NEXT available appointment was another 10 days out!



I feel the Master Agreement clients are put at the end of the list and Sears does not really want to support them after getting the upfront service contract.  I do not recommend the Sears Applinace repair contract or the service system at all.  Staff is trained to say "sorry for your inconvenience" but cannot resolve a problem or work around the system.  Clearly they are also grossly understaffed with on call technicians.
