I had a mainentance agreement $415.48 cost on Projection TV. TV went blank called for service April 24, 2000. Technician came out twice could not fix the TV. Technican had TV picke up and taken into shop. TV came back still not working. They took it back as of this date I do not have the TV. Every appointment they schedule, the never show up. Twice I was told the driver was on drugs and had an accident, of course he was fired. The I have waited at home numerous times and they did not come, when I called the they would say I did not have an appointment scheduled. Today June 15 they were to be here between 6 & 8 PM. I get home ther is a message from the technician that he is comming to check the TV. (The TV Is not here) Nex message is that they will be bringing the TV on Saturday. I called and once again I was told I had made a mistake. I have clled the Nation Customer servie line still nothing. I have asked for my TV and the service agreement money back and still nothing. Now what do I do? The service agreement expired 6/3 I was not going to give them any more money. The date of the first call item was still covered.
