I foolishly purchased a 5 year leather warranty. Stainsafe will not even come to my home to look at my problem. I still have 4 years left of my useless warranty. I purchased so much furniture from Seamens and they duped me into buying this protection for my Sofa's and Chairs. They have been offering this warranty for many years and are well informed of this problem with THEIR Warranty Company. Useless paper let's shop elsewhere.
