I NEEDED TO HAVE THE CLOCK RADIO REPLACED IN THE 3 PIECE SECTIONAL I BOUGHT AT SEAMAN'S FURNITURE IN NORTH OLMSTEAD, OHIO. I'VE PLACED THE CALL BACK IN DECEMBER OF 1999. AS OF TODAY MAY 16,2000 I'M STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT..... THEY HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION OR INFORM ME OF THE REAL REASON I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. FOURTUNATELY THERE ARE ALOT OF COMPETING STORES IN OUR MARKET. THE ATTACHED PHONE NUMBER IS FOR THE STORE OF WHERE I BOUGHT THE SECTIONAL.
