Well, what can I say about this place? I should have read other reviews and would never have bought from these people.

The ad says "Complete Satisfaction is their Top Priority"!...Not

The ad says "Receive cover As Advertised"...Not

I bought a car cover for my Lexus from the ad that says "Elastic around the entire perimeter of the cover".....Not, it is only in the front and rear of the cover! I purchased this cover because of this elastic. I live in Az, and it really helps keep the cover on during our high wind Monsoon Season no matter how it fits. Should have known something was up when it arrived with the word "China" all over the box.

They say it is a typo, no it's a misrepresentation of the cover. If it was a typo the ad would have been fixed, but it has not been.

After 3 conversations through their online chat, they say they will refund my purchase, but I must pay for shipping back to them. No, you sold me a cover that was not what I ordered you should pay for the shipping....they refuse!

So now I send an E Mail just to talk to a Customer Service Manager, 5 days now no response,Wow.

Do not buy from these people, take my word from it. It is not that good a cover, and the customer service is horrible!!!

Look for another company, and please read other peoples reviews before you make the mistake I did.

I have had a horrible situation with Seal Skin Cover/Elite Era.  I purchased my boat cover and it lasted 7 months before it turned into dust.  I sent the cover back to them and waited for a month for someone to call me or let me know when to expect a replacement.  Two months later my replacement arrived and it was one of 4 replacements that arrived and did not fit my boat.  I took pictures of each cover they sent me showing that none of the covers fit my boat.  I called and spoke to Tom who said he was the owner, and he said he would send me another cover and if this one did not fit, then oh well.  Yes this is what he said to me. If the cover does not fit this time then he can do nothing else for me.

The other cover arrived and it could have fit 2 of my boats.  It was so big and did not even have the openings for my tower.  I am at a loss and I am feeling ripped off.  I am in Florida and would like to know more about how to file a complaint.  I have no legal name, no address for this company.  I would appreciate any assistance I can get on this issue in trying to get the $360 they have stolen from me.  I have a number of others that are in the same boat (12 others) and we are looking into filing a lawsuit against this company as well.  They should be called out for what they are doing to so many.  Please let me know how I can file the complaint against them with the BBB in Florida.  Thank you for any assistance.

I , too, had a very undesireable interaction with this company over a boat cover. ( wrong size, warranty denied ) and a host of other hoops one must jump thru to get any resolution to your dilemma.

First of all : Report to the NJ Better Business Bureau. I have contacts should you need them. Next, and this seems obvious, call again or use the website and order the exact same thing. Copy all interactions  and print them out. If you had had the pleasure of speaking to a female representative that says she is the final authority over all transactions, do not despair. She is not. Once you send your dissatisfaction to numerous websites, including the New Jersey Department of Consumer Fraud, you will get a personal phone call from a member of the management team ( my contact was named Michael) . He will tell you that this is not he way they do business and will offer to take the item back, PROVIDED YOU UPDATE YOUR COMPLAINT TO SHOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGITIMATE. I FELL FOR THAT TOO.  Make sure you get your money / credit first. Then, at your leasure ( just like theirs when they think they have you ) make a modest rebuttal to the fact they made your claim okay. If these people are wht you say thet are..it is business as usual. They assured me that my problem was a one time anommoly. Sounds like they were not through with their quality control department audit.

If you don`t post the approval of the outcome...they will call you and whine about how you did not honor your word to delete the negative post. Remember, they tried to rip you off first. Your positive feedback only encourages   their dishonest behavior. Plesae post an update for us consumers.
