This website is a paid advertisement site meant to legitimize scams. It has strong SCO and pops up very early when googling a specifically advertised scam. The website comprises paid advertising written and created by the scam product/service in question.
However, the customer-facing website is meant to look like a legitimate website that lets you know which things in the world are scams and which are legitimate. Obviously, if a scam is paying a site to say it is extremely legitimate, that is disgustingly unethical.
