Well I was doing the online dating thing and thought I found a good one. She was attractive and wanted everything I wanted in a relationship. After a few emails I did some research because some things raised a red flag to me. After learning it was a scam I went along for the ride to see how far it would go, I have included 27 messages in total. I hope this helps raise awareness of the kind of scams going on in the world. I feel sorry for the girl in the photos and her mom, if that is her mom. I would hate to have my photos used for something like this. I hope you get a good laugh (as I did) as well as learn something.

Originally from Australia where I grew up in the city of Adelaide, Australia, I just moved back to state here not long anyway, and it's going to two months now. Here is more about me, am the only daughter of my parents, and i have lived in several places because of my Dad's job. We have lived in UK so much time as i'm presently in state now and also lived in places like, Tel Aviv Israel, San Salvador, Cuba, Poland and Denmark. Before moving back here in States here. I attended many different kinds of churches including Lutheran, Catholic, Baptist but now I attend church services. Although not as often as I should. I do speak to God on a regular basis though. It helps me to keep life in perspective and balanced. When I do go to church, I go to a Presbyterian church near my home. I can honestly admit I enjoy going and do not have a valid reason for not going on a more regular basis,my Dad put me into this before his dead. My Dad retired from the State Department and my Mom is also a retired school teacher (math). Thomas, life is always nice when you have your parents by your side, mine was pretty tough cos i lost my dad so soon, this was what made me move to united kingdom (UK) after i lost him in a pipeline explosion. Due to the fact that am the only kid, i moved to UK to stay with my mom for sometimes and what brings me back here in state is the peace and tranquility here due to my work and my dad's Properties, I realized my work will do well in here USA due to the advised given to me by my mom to go into a business and also she really wanna know my man to be, as my future partner. Am here down for a serious relationship.

Thomas, I don't have any free time to have fun than to make my mom happy by showing up my man to be for marriage and safe to see her grand Children which she have been disturbing for, cos my dad left so soon and i don't want to let my mom leave without seeing her grand children and She really wanna know the Mr right for me as well am not down here to play than reality.

Baby since the last few months of my arrival here in state ,things have been tough ..due to the bad economy i lost my job at the bank. I worked as a customer service rep, thankfully though i have a new gainful employment planning to be an international trader,i want to go into buying and selling of art works,of which my father is a distributor of used trucks into western part of Africa before the occurrence of the accident that made me lost dad. Well,I gained a lot of experience from him, before i decided now to go into buying and selling for now of which my mom encouraged me to go into and as well as not to loose my father's property despite the fact that the ware-house was burnt up, but the Government has stipulated to compensate the entire people that occured in the accident and to get an update about the compensation money. Well i will write you more about this soon in my next message soon cos i could not stand the tears any more in remembering how my dad died! This makes me shed tears whenever i remembered the past.

Initially, i never found any serious relationship i could finalize my life with and to let my mom knows that i'm serious about this marriage. I think i have helped and done enough out for men, but they bare all ingrates all i could have from them is a heart break!! But i see all i go through in life as challenges..Am not after a man's wealth nor his money, but his true love.

About my family its a long story to tell and touching because that makes me cry whenever i remember the past, I will keep this short, I came out from a good combination of two, my Mom is from UK while Dad is a native of Australia,,I am the only one of my parent, i will count it ,I have a big family because i dont know much about my Moms family in the United Kingdom, while my Dads part is very small town, Unfortunately i lost my dad and a little story of my life i never tell any one about this that am writing to you and do pls keep this to your self rather than sharing with any friend or any one about how i lost my dad.

Thomas, since my father's death i have started to live my life by myself and not depending on my family, although i still miss my dad because of the courage and advises he use to give to me about life , but i am glad i am who i am today. But i do have to be thankful to Almightly God all day and night that I and my mom are happy alive. My mom stays in UK London and I'm Planing to visit her very soon about my business cos no one else like mother to me, that's my back bone as am working into a new business of buying and selling of Arts work and sculptures, as for now. Am so close to God now, that i have a mission, purpose in this life cos a lot of life was vanished, more than 88 life's and many houses and vehicles including my dad's Auto Trading ware house was burnt up in the explosion of the pipeline accident as i did mention to you earlier in my previous mail, the explosion occurred due to a reckless construction using a bulldozer in the process of it's construction activities without map.

The explosion of the pipeline caused by the HI-TECH construction company whose their bulldozer burst the pipeline, Hytec Nigeria limited and the Lagos state Government and the Nigeria National petroleum corporation and pipelines, marketing company, used the company after the government signed this contract for this part of the construction company,HI-TECH and started work, recklessly without obtaining the necessary map for the specific location of the service pipes network also they were been charged for not following the international best practices on safety standards. The pipeline passed through the area of my Late father's ware house in Ijegun Isolo road .The pipes were buried 0.5 meter deep without any concrete covering,instead of 2.5 meters .I don't really wanna voice out this feeling about my bad news in life but i don't know what really came into me that am behind your feeling of friendship in my heart because i've promised to start a new life in state here and not to voice out this to anyone else. All these mistakes caused the fire disaster to which i lost my dad including his auto trading wear house in west Africa,Nigeria.

Well back to dad, the Government realized that this affected my late dad to lost his life with his company, with some people in the community of Ijegun.That were involved in the fire disaster of the pipeline explosion for some compensation.The principle of law states that where there is injury,there must be a remedy. As my dad has suffered injury of losing his life of which the Government are entitled to compensate at the end, so my mom demanded for $22 Million as the compensation fee, from the jointly and severally capable parties of lawyers as i heard they later finalized at the sum of $17 Million only been a compensation from the Government and the next meeting for having the compensation from the Government over there in West Africa(Nigeria) with the parties of lawyers will be soon, which i never know as i have never have more details about this since last year until I'll be visiting my mom soon because they are few things about myself that I want you to know,as I just discovered some vital documents of fund deposit of a possessed some amount of Gold in a treasure box at a data trust security Company in West part of Africa also and the Document of this funds is Save in one of the bank in United Kingdom with my name as the next of kin, am processing to visit UK to see my family lawyer for more details about this and see my mom about my late father's compensation issue and for my new business. well we have a lot to talk with all that my dad left for me. Life is always nice when you have both your parent beside but mine was pretty tough i lost my Dad so soon, but i believe God has a purpose for everything and i know that what will be will surely be. But with time i know am a Gold to be in my family and have a better Golden future.

I just want you to know that I very much appreciate receiving your email every moment i check my mail. Thanks for the long letter, i took time reading it over and over again. Baby all i want you to know is that presently, am single. About my past relationship, I was cheated on, My Ex-boy friend cheated on me and i just have to let go and I have been into 2 relationships and those are also my only sexual partners I have ever had. Am so happy here right now to see my mom again and getting to be around her. It feels so great. I thought i have told you this and if every thing, my plans work out for me then i can move further with you and settle down for our marriage, when we can meet more of our family's i.e after I've concluded with the Lawyer here this week i will be home to meet you before visiting Africa for more about my compensation money $17 Million ,as my mom have been informing me that she has been getting some messages from the jointly of lawyers over there as the money is ready now and no one else to leave to Africa now ,my mom is not feeling too strong now and i think i may be the one to leave for there about claiming the compensation money as my mom mentioned that it all belong to me to start my dream business but not yet till i visit the lawyer and know all that is going on soon of which the government had entitled and signed to compensate for my late father company with this amount of money because every thing was burnt up with some cars off the fire disaster, pipeline explosion caused by a contractor, Hi-tech construction co,engaged by the Lagos state government,using a bulldozer in the process of its construction activities and started work recklessly without obtaining the necessary map and/or the specific location of the service pipes network from the relevant authorities or agencies of ijegun community,including does that lost life,houses,vehicles,etc....

Oh Thomas, how could have this being, if i inherit this business from my late father , it has been an interesting business. My goals and dreams are to live a good life, and maybe meet someone that believes in unconditional love. I've got a great sense of humor, I am more conservative politically than liberal...I work hard, and know how to have fun.I believe am a blessing to a man that deserves one , keep him happy and cheer him up when he is sad, comfort him, listen to him and be there for him at all times ,keep him warm and keep his heart beating at a smooth pace, won't let him down, l will keep him in my mind all the time, And will be loyal to that special one,will not fight, but talks his way out of any confrontation , stands up for what he believes in and stands strong by his words.I believe a man should be treated like a king. I have a great since of humor,honest and very sensitive and caring for a mans needs. I believe that if couples are true friends ,you will get true love, and they will do what ever it takes to make each other happy, has God in his life and follows that path of greatness..Am looking for a man that will be able to listen to me , communicate his feelings to me , make me laugh, hold and comfort me in need,stand by my side, respect me, passionate lover in every way, support me in every way, love me and only me.
