Samsung Two New Samsung S3 Frontier watches Failed to operate and connect with Android software only 3 months old! Ridgefield Park NJ New Jersey

Two Samsung Frontier S3 watches (purchased through Costco only 3 months earlier) failed to reconnect to Android-based phones (watches will not function without phone software).  Searching for the app called "Samsung Gear" on their website, or the Google Playstore revealed that the software no longer exists.  There is another app called "Wear", which reports that it is incompatible and that my phone's software needs to be updated.  My phone has the latest software update.  Attempts to deal with Samsung's chat help (since they hide all their email and address contacts from their websites) didn't resolve anything except burn and hour of time with an India-based representative.  I returned both watches to Costco and warned them that they will cooperate with me, since I am a prominent southern-california based Global Consumer Advocate, who reviews products, companies (ande any other entity) for fraud, crappy products, and report those findings to my ten consumer websites in four languages, read by over 310,000,000 consumers.  I also report these findings to appropriate state; federal; and international consumer or law-enforcement agencies for their investigations and actions.  I also file civil, criminal and international actions for recompense.

  Do not buy anything Samsung.  Their website support (or lack of) will tell you they don't want to make it easy for you to resolve any problem.  Hopefully, I can deter 10 - 50 million consumers from buying their junk.
