Complaint Review: sam's club

sam's club I ordered a laptop I never got it. I can't get credit. I called several times, I went to the store in person. I was told that Samsclub.com is a different compay that Sam's Club. I am in a lost, I can't get the help that I need.  I don't need help I need to get refund from my purchase. Nationwide

I never received the items that I ordered. I called several times, I have been mistreated by the call center representatives for Samsclub.com. Samsclub.com is not owned by the store is a totally different company. I went to the store to ask for help/ They were unable to help me because it is a different company.

I placed the order on August 4th as of today August 25th I didn't receive the laptop that I ordered. The tracking number stops on August 21st, after that it is not tracking available. Who got it? Who keeps it? Many questions and no answers..... and not help or refund from the company. They are treating me if I am a criminal.
