As you know, time is of the essence when purchasing concert tickets. That is the entire basis for the Sam Goody/Get Access ticket offer.

I tried to use the service. When I eventually did get connected I requested 2 of the less expensive seats and was only offered $300 seats (plus the costly Ticketmaster fees). After this occurred twice, they disabled my account. After a lengthy wait to contact customer service my account was reactivated. By that time affordable seats were made available but all that remained were the poorest seats in the lower price ranges.

I requested a refund through the Cancel/Get Refund offer from the Get Access website. Get Access ignored my request so I contacted them by telephone.
In response to my telephone request for a refund Get Access said that I was connected to Ticketmaster and they offer nothing more.

In the meantime, a second issue that does not involve money has arisen. Get Access has provided my email address to email spammers. It is not only the large volume of spam I am receiving, but also the nature of it. Some of these solicitations are for bestiality web sites, rapes, people having sex with animals, etc. These spammers are soliciting some very inappropriate pornographic material.

There is no doubt that this originated with Get Access because I have never given my email address from work to anyone else. I had to use my business email in this case because the ticket sale occurred during my work hours. This type unsolicited spam to customers is outrageous. I am disappointed that Citibank Mastercard would have this type of unethical crook as a customer and actually facilitate this type of fraud.
