Safe Home Security, Inc. Billed and collected payment three times for security camara equipment and installation. Other billing issues. Without explaination billing charges went from $68 per month to $207.00 per month. Middletown CT

After using this company for perhaps a couple years for security alarm services for my commercial property they contacted me regarding security camaras. In perhaps 2018 after quoting me for the camara equipment and their installation I paid them for the equipment and the equipment was installed. Then a month or two in the future they debited our account for the camara equipement again. Then the next month they debited our account for the equipment  a third time.

I managed to get them to refund one of the erroneous payments but the 3rd payment was never refunded to us. Their services to us became very sketchy from then on. At present they recently increased our month bill from $68.00 per month to $207.00 per month. There was no explaination for this. Very unethical company. I saw news report perhaps 2 or 3 years ago that a state AG (perhaps in MA) file suit against SHS, Inc. I plan to cancel all services with them soon. Since I left ADT for SHS, Inc. I have never felt like they were looking after my interests. They do not communicate and they are happy to just collect your $$ each month.
