Ryan Homes Builders I have been trying to get someone at Ryan Homes to respond to my in office, hand delivered and registered mail requests to address a three page list of shoddy workman issues for the past two years. Concord North Carolina
I also never got the energy rebate due me from Duke Energy. Zhukov Energy states it was supposed to be forwarded to me from Ryan Homes. I have not been able to enjoy this house because of Ryan Homes project managers (Chad Merritt, Doug Huber, Kevin Connery, Seth foster, Jason Leydig, Kevin Walsh) choose to ignore me and refuse to respond to my concerns no matter what I do.Please somebody help me. I feel I am being taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen and paid cash for this raggedy house
