Below certified mail is what I sent to Ryan Homes leadership. I did not get any reply back. Save yourself and your family and do not buy from Ryan Homes or NV homes. They are both the same builder with no professional ethics. I am looking for others to push for a class action lawsuit.

You may also check your overflow drain. I am confident Ryan homes did not do it correctly and you have molds growing that can harm your self and your children. Ryan homs: shame on you and your ethics.

Dear Mr. Nieman

1. Reference (a) identifies a two year warranty on pluming work against workmanship that is completed in accordance to the pluming codes. References (b) are the standard codes for all pluming related works.

2. We bought our home from your company in Woodbridge, VA. The master bath overflow drain is installed not in accordance to the references (b) that dictate procedures for Ryan homes Inc to perform plumbing related work.

3. The reference (a) highlights all pluming works are performed in accordance to references (b) and carries a two years warranty. However, the work performed on my overflow is not in accordance with reference (b) or any other local, national, or international codes.

4. The purpose of this letter is to have Ryan Homes leadership make the correction to overflow drain in accordance to codes cited in Reference (b). The overflow drain does not lineup with bathtub opening resulting in water get behind the bathtub liner creating molds and casing damage to drywall. This condition is continues but only when the water level reach the overflow drain. With the bathtub opening not correctly lined up with the drain casing part of the water to get behind the bathtub creating molds.

5. As a leader in home building industry, I am requesting that you hold your plumber accountable for his unprofessional and unethical conducts and have him pay for the correction of the problem. I am confident that you are interested to avoid such problem for all present and future homes.
