RTIC RTIC does NOT stand behind their product Houston Texas
Received a new (still in box with tags attached) RTIC tumbler for Mothers day. The part of the lid that closes the cup is missing. emailed them with pictures. they said "you can buy a new lid on amazon" Caution: this company does not stand behind it's products even when they are defective.
