Route 66?& GM voided my warranty. My truck is a 2017 3500 Diesel. I bought it brand new in May 2017. In June 2017 it started knocking from the engine. The motor was replaced in November 2017. The truck then began using oil, I had to add coolant, the oil pressure was irregular.
The entire time the famous words of Route 66 "just drive it” they told me to keep driving the truck. Now they are voiding my warranty. They can not even tell me why. Route 66 David Thompson said he’s not able to explain technical stuff. He’s the service department manager.
